I suck at planning ahead for meals.. and it makes it so much cheaper to do so.. so when someone posted the link on a forum, i decided i'd give it a go.. i went yesterday to the greengrocers.. got all my fruit and veg.. a massive bag of potatos, bananas, pears, apples, brocolli, mushrooms, peppers, onions. I also have frozen califlower, and mixed veg. the Greengrocers only came to £9.90.. which is brilliant.. and the quality is fantastic..
I wrote out my list.. and didnt deviate from it at all..
for breakfast we had shredded wheat with milk, and a banana shared between us.. cos they're huge! even though he ate a whole one yesterday.. little tubby!
Dinner was pitta with cheese and coleslaw and a yoghurt.
Tea tonight will be tomatoy chicken rice.. which looks yummy!
hopefully this will save some money!
