Meal plan..

This morning we had Shredded wheat and banana, for lunch, ham and spready cheese sandwich, with a yoghurt and grapes. For tea we will be having... homemade pizza, with various veg on top..

Netmum's weekly food plan

I suck at planning ahead for meals.. and it makes it so much cheaper to do so.. so when someone posted the link on a forum, i decided i'd give it a go.. i went yesterday to the greengrocers.. got all my fruit and veg.. a massive bag of potatos, bananas, pears, apples, brocolli, mushrooms, peppers, onions. I also have frozen califlower, and mixed veg. the Greengrocers only came to £9.90.. which is brilliant.. and the quality is fantastic..
I wrote out my list.. and didnt deviate from it at all..
for breakfast we had shredded wheat with milk, and a banana shared between us.. cos they're huge! even though he ate a whole one yesterday.. little tubby!
Dinner was pitta with cheese and coleslaw and a yoghurt.
Tea tonight will be tomatoy chicken rice.. which looks yummy!

Its been pretty hectic, what with my landlord round a lot.. He's such a horrible person, like really aggressive, but i can't help feeling so sorry for him.. Hes about late 30's. and his wife died a couple of months ago from cancer, so i understand why he's so angry about life.. Shame we get it taken out on us though.. :(
Going to attempt to do another car boot tomorrow, and see how that goes.. We have loads of stuff to get rid of.. moving from a massive 3 bedroomed flat to a much smaller 2 bedroomed flat has not been the best for space.. lol! I love my street though.. I overlook a primary school and my street, despite having a school on it.. is so quiet.. and theres beautiful trees all over..
Was thinking about going swimming with dylan today, but i just know the baths will be packed full of people.. to the brim.. lol.. so might wait till monday.

Managed to get the kitchen!!! Yaaay.. I know Dyl is a bit small for it now, but it won't be long till he's properly playing.. it came with loads of little bits and bobs.. like pans.. fake food.. even a little dust pan and brush..

I'm really wanting to crochet.. I keep getting the magazines and think "god i have to start..".. i even have wool sitting here to practise with! I just need to do it..! I really would like to make a throw for my sofa in the long run, as its abnormally big, and i just can't find a throw big enough to buy..

I also bought a sewing machine the other week.. an old one for £10! lol.. and then i got given a singer (sp??) one.. from my dad's friend.. so now i have two sewing machines.. typical..

A few weeks ago, a good friend of mine died from cancer. She has a diary online on a forum and although i've read it, whilst she was writing it, and i've posted in it.. I want to read through it again.. but i just can't bare to.. I can't believe that she won't be adding any more to it.. it just feels so cruel, and so unfair.. I guess just right now isn't the time.. but i'd really like to relive some of her memories.. She doesn't deserve to be forgotten..

I got up miles before Dyl this morning.. Which is fairly unusual, despite him being a good sleeper. So got up and made him some porridge with raisins so it could cool in time for him being up. He wolfed that down pretty fast.
I saw on freegle a few days ago, that someone was offering a little tikes country kitchen, and i know dyl would love it.. So i messaged them and a few days later they wrote back saying a few people had tried to get it.. but their cars weren't big enough.. and i thought well i'll never get it in my micra!! Thankfull my mam and dad have a bigger car than me.. so are picking it up!! I know it needs a wash, but that'll be no problem!
Off to weight watchers tonight.. and i praaaay its a good result, considering its been Dyl's birthday this week, involving 2 different cakes.. *gulp*.. Then to Aquafit with Rach.. I love it!! its so much fun like..
For Dylan's birthday Rach got him a body warmer for swimming, which is like wet suit material, so we're thinking about taking him swimming tomorrow to give it a test run! Hope it works, cos it he gets so cold so quickly.. poor lamb..
